My ITT student used the excellent "Geog Gun" movie to introduce a lesson on making animals in rainforests and we produced a resource that can be used alongside the video. Add has now hosted this as well on the page but whilst waiting for more Easter Schoolers to arrive I was flicking through GATM and wondering if anyone uses the video to launch other activities. Judging by the hit counter on GATM many of us are using many of the movies but i would love to know what people do next with some of them. I am rambling but thinking wouldn't it be nice to have a number of resources alongside the movies to either improve the way they are used or to simply inspire us to use them in different ways! If you can make much sense of this or have a comment about how you use some of the movies it may be useful. Mess to add - not trying to create more work for you mate, just thought that it may encourage people to use the same videos in more than one context. Don't hate me! IP: Logged |
